- business planning and organizational development resources to establish community-based education and training services, based on extensive community and corporate partnerships.
> results:  not-for-profit corporation established involving multiple community partner investments totalling over $1.6million in the first 2 years of operations.

Whitefish Lake First Nation, Naughton ON
- consulting and training services to project team members to complete a community Skills, Employment and Training survey and database.
> results:  comprehensive survey of community members living on- and off-reserve (50% return rate in year 1), database established, and education-training and employment priorities identified linked to local and regional economic development and labour force drivers.

Simoce County Training Board, Barrie ON
- based on employment needs of persons with disabilities study, facilitated planning to establish Employment AccessABILITY Simcoe Inc.

Industry Canada Community Futures, various locations
- co-facilitated community economic development (CED) training programme developed by the University of Guelph for Ontario Region Community Futures Programme Consultants and Managers.
- Community Economic Development training to Board, Staff and community partners in Community Futures communities throughout southern and northern Ontario. The programme introduced CED concepts, tools and approaches to local economic development opportunities, resources, community partnerships, and priorities for community action.
> results:  15 CF programme staff completed 10 day CED training programme.
